Speso is an online-only store offering comfort, massage, personal-care, and everyday wellness products.

References to “Speso,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business operating speso.shop.

Pricing and payments

All prices shown on the Site are in United States dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

• Offer promotions, discounts, bundle pricing, or special pricing for limited periods.
• Correct pricing errors, typographical errors, or inaccurate product information.
• Limit quantities purchased per customer, household, transaction, or order.

Speso currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States only.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, supply-chain conditions, incomplete delivery information, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery timing.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional costs resulting from an inaccurate or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address you provide, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Returns, refunds, and exchanges

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and explains return eligibility, return windows, return-shipping responsibility, condition requirements, restocking deductions, refunds, replacements, and exchanges.

In summary:

• Eligible returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery.

• For voluntary returns, return shipping and original shipping charges are generally the customer’s responsibility.

• We may inspect a returned product before approving, partially approving, or declining a refund.
